I have attached an image which shows the latest attack on my premises, probably from one of the three neighbours with whom I am currently in dispute and who are the 'common antagonists' in this case (ASB 19914).

1) The attack took place sometime between my return from work at 1645 on Friday 15th October 2021 and checking my mail at 1500 today, Saturday 16th.

2) The substance may well be sauce of some variety - the colour of brown may be significant as one of my immediate neighbours ('Carole' of 161) is accused of recently defecating on the landing!

3) Please note that the letter-box is still revealing the result of another attack on my premises, this time criminal damage, that has not been pursued either by the Council or by the Police.

4) Please also note that this is most likely the latest incident in an unpleasant series of events that have included abuse, threatening behaviour and assaults, contrary to the Public Order Act, I understand, of 1986.

5) The latest intervention by the Police, after calls to 999, resulted in two officers climbing the stairs to suggest that I arm myself with a watering can, less threatening, apparently, than a hose!

Why should any resident have to suffer such criminal and anti-social behaviour?
